Our apartments are centrally located in the village centre and therefore offer you the ideal starting point for your holiday. Enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shops and all the amenities that this charming village has to offer.
Each of our holiday flats has been designed with attention to detail to offer you maximum comfort and a home away from home. The warm colour tones and Alpine-inspired furnishings create an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

This modern retreat embodies our vision of modern, natural living in the Alps.
It is the only one of our partner hotels to offer guests the exclusive "Living Plus" option, which gives them unlimited use of the Hotel Alpenroyal's amenities, such as the indoor pool and spacious sauna area.
The architecture of the house pays homage to the surrounding nature and is reflected in every detail. Warm oak furniture, deep green tones and earthy wall colours create an inviting atmosphere that immediately conveys a feeling of security.
Cooking is a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchens with granite worktops and modern induction hobs.
The round design language that runs through the entire design is reminiscent of the crown of a majestic tree. This concept is particularly noticeable in the bedrooms, where round, deep green elements with flower accents form the headboard of the beds and create a harmonious, calming ambience.
You can easily reach the cable cars in just 10 minutes walking distance.
The Hotel Alpenroyal & Alpenroyal Lodge is located approx. 200 metres (approx. 3 minutes' walk) from the Hotel Alpenroyal Living.
Please note that the Alpenroyal Living has no structural connection to the Hotel Alpenroyal & Alpenroyal Lodge.

Our Alpenroyal Living is equipped with the latest in ventilation and heating technology. All rooms are continuously ventilated and dehumidified, ensuring an optimal indoor climate. Through photovoltaic systems, we generate eco-friendly electricity and convert any excess energy into hot water.
