Booking information and AGBs

Cancellation

  • A cancellation is only valid in written form. 

  • The following cancellation conditions are valid for reservations as far as you book ONLINE via our homepage or the website Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis or directy booking via E-Mail

Apartments 

  • Up to 3 months we charge a processing fee of € 100.-. 
  • Within 3 months up to 30 days before the day of arrival, we charge 45% of the arrangement price.
  • 30 days up to 0 days before the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the total price without final cleaning.

Rooms with breakfast or halfboard 

  • Up to 3 months we charge a processing fee of € 100.-.
  • Within 3 months up to 30 days before the day of arrival, we charge 45% of the arrangement price.
  • 30 days up to 0 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 90% of the total price for room incl. breakfast or half board.

  • Travel insurance
    We recommend a travel insurance, to be insured against illness-related absences, detailed information you will find in your confirmation mail.

The cancellation is free of charge at any time:

  • if border closures
  • if official closure of cable cars, service businesses and accommodation facilities

Arrival- & Departure
  • Your booked accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 9 am on the day of departure. In case of arrival after 6 p.m. we ask for a short notification.
Apartment- and room requests
  • We ask for your understanding that we are unable to make a binding commitment for specific apartment or room number as well as specific floors. The floor plans are schematic and serve as orientation, deviations are possible.
Prepayment
  • For a reservation we ask you for a deposit. You will find further information on your reservation confirmation.
Taxes

  • The confirmed prices is exclusive taxes.

Dog

  • Dogs are allowed for a fee in Hotel Alpenroyal and not allowed in the Alpenroyal Lodge. Leashes are compulsory in the entire hotel. Written consent is required. 

Wlan

  • WLAN free of charge.

Additional cleaning appartement

  • Intermediate cleaning can be booked for an extra charge.

Towels

  • Rooms: Towels are changed daily upon request.

  • Apartments: On request, you will receive new towels free of charge twice a week.

Bread service
Parking

  • One parking space in our garage for each apartment room or hotel room is free of charge. Additional cars can be parked near the hotel (300 m).

Smoking
  • The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, we ask smokers to use the balcony. All rooms and apartments are equipped with a balcony or terrace.
Spa
  • Our sauna area is a textile-free zone, therefore children under 15 are not allowed to enter. Opening hours can be found on our website.
Ski storage

  • We offer our guests a free ski depot at our partner Intersport Pregenzer.

Catering

  • Upon written pre-reservation, our guests can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet.

  • Upon written pre-reservation, our guests can enjoy dinner.
