For the Alpenroyal Lodge (flats at Alpenroyal Lodge 120 to 321, underground car park, massage room, swimming pool) please press floor 0 and then go to the other building, from there there is another elevator that leads to all floors.

The use of your own cooking equipment in the apartments (e.g. immersion heaters, hotplates brought along) is strictly prohibited by fire regulations!

To protect against danger in case of fire, our hotel is equipped with a modern fire alarm system. Please note that the fire detectors are also very sensitive in the living and kitchen areas and therefore please ALWAYS switch on the extractor fan when cooking. Should the fire alarm system go off, please do not touch the fire detectors on the ceiling or tamper with them yourself. The system can only be switched off centrally by a member of the hotel staff.

You are welcome to leave your stamped mail at the reception.
You can get stamps: Infobüro Fiss, Intersport Pregenzer, Mitbringsel, M-Preis.
Mailboxes are located at the municipal office in Fiss and at the cable car valley station, next to the ski school.
The bus timetable is located at the post office, village centre. Bus timetables are available from the
tourist office. If you have any questions, we are also happy to help you at the reception.

1 garage space is available per booked flat / room. Additional garage spaces are available at an extra charge, subject to availability.
Heating system
Do you find the temperature in the flat too cool? Please turn up your temperature control to the maximum and let us know at reception.
Important note: the heating only works when the windows and balcony doors are closed.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Alpenroyal for a select number of apartments. A fee is charged per dog and night. Access to the dining room/ wellness area/ lawn is not permitted. Keep your dog on a leash in the hotel and bring a blanket for your dog.
At Hotel Alpenroyal Lodge there are no dogs allowed.
The guest is liable for all soiling and damage as well as downtime costs during the period of repair without restriction. Damage caused must be paid by the owner before departure.
Groups: This applies if you are part of a group with more than one room/apartment. Dogs are not allowed into other group members rooms/apartments. The fee for your dog only includes the cleaning of its designated apartment. There is a cleaning fee for every additional apartment/room entered by the dog.
Internet
We offer free internet in all rooms and flats. You will find the password for the connection in the lift and/or at reception.

Ventilation
Before you take a shower, make sure the ventilation is running. The windows in the bathroom cannot be opened because the ventilation is precisely adjusted to the size of the bathroom.
Non-smoking
Please understand that smoking is not permitted in all public areas of the hotel, in rooms and flats, out of consideration for non-smoking guests. If necessary, we kindly ask you to use the balcony and the ashtray provided for this purpose.

Parking
Per apartment or room one parking space at the hotel in the carport or garage is free of charge until 9 am of the day of your departure. During check-in we will assign you a parking space. Please use only this parking space during your entire stay. Additional parking space is available opposite the fire station in Fiss (Gatterackerweg).
If you wish to enjoy your day of departure in Fiss, we refer you to the public cable car park.
If you receive a fax or mail, it will be deposited at the reception. Please inform us in advance of any letters, newspapers or parcels you will receive by post.
Should something not be working in your room/apartment despite regular checks, please
please report this to the reception. The defects will be remedied immediately.

Rezeption
If you have any questions or requests outside reception hours, you can ring the front door bell (by the main entrance) at any time. We will immediately take care of your wishes.
Your room is equipped with a safe. Please leave the room safe open upon departure.
Deposit your cash and valuables there, as they are insured up to an amount of € 7,000.
You can get the key at the reception desk for a deposit of € 20.
Damage
Please understand that in the event of soiling or demolition of the hotel facilities, we will charge you for the damage caused. The invoice for the damage is to be paid before departure, we cannot accept a transfer afterwards. We will be happy to issue an invoice for your liability insurance.
Shoe and storage room
Please take off your dirty shoes (skis, hiking boots, mountain boots and street shoes) in the shoe room. We ask you to leave your cross-country skis, toboggans and prams in the storage room next to the main entrance.

Our front door is locked from approx. 8 pm, we kindly ask you to take your key with you in the evening. Please be considerate of guests who are already asleep after 10 pm.

We are happy to wash your laundry, please hand it in a plastic bag or similar at the reception. We charge per machine (5 kg, normal household machine).
Worktops in the kitchen
Please do not place hot pots or pans on the worktops as the coating will melt. This would have to be completely replaced.
Upon request we offer a daily cleaning for your apartment for a fee. Please contact the information for further information.
We provide a vaccuum cleaner, broom or other cleaning material free of charge.
Equipment
The flats and rooms are equipped with a telephone, safe, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and TV. If you have any problems operating these appliances, please let us know.
Bed linen
On the day of arrival we provide you with bed linen free of charge.
Each additional set of bed linen will be charged. For stays of more than 18 nights, you will receive a set of new bed linen one time free of charge. For a fee, we will change your beds with fresh bed linen at any time. Registration at the reception.
Fire alarm system

Should there nevertheless be an increase in smoke development, please open the windows immediately to avoid a false alarm. Bread service
Our baker delivers fresh bread rolls every morning, including Sundays.
For guests staying at Hotel Alpenroyal or Alpenroyal Lodge: The bread order book is located at the reception. The bread pick-up is located beside the sliding door near the garage entrance.
For guests at Alpenroyal Living: Your bread collection station can be found near the entrance area beneath the TV. You will also find the bread order book there.
Please write the quantity of rolls (use standard numerals, as Roman numerals like "II" will be read as "11") on the line corresponding to your apartment number.
To facilitate invoice preparation, kindly note your bread requirements in the list at least three days before your departure. For last-minute changes, please inform us at the reception.
Dishwasher
You will receive from us detergent for the dishwasher, we will automatically refill the shine rinse. If you need help with the operation, please let us know. The dishwasher tabs are refilled free of charge, please place the empty glass in front of the apartment on Tuesday or Thursday.
Inventory
Please check the inventory list of your kitchen upon arrival.
For our apartment guests: If you would like fresh towels we politley ask you to put them in front of your apartment door on Tuesday and Thursday until 10 am.
Waste separation
Waste separation is an honest concern for us. With your support, we are also successful. You will find separate bins for paper, cardboard, glass (white glass, coloured glass), tinned food, plastic, organic waste and residual waste.
The waste room is located next to the main entrance. You can open the wooden door with the door code, one door further is the room for waste separation.
We ask you to dispose of your rubbish yourself in the rubbish room on departure. The final cleaning does not include waste disposal, only cleaning.
Supermarket
We recommend supermarket M-Preis (Fisserstrasse 37) or T&G (Fisserstrasse 6).
Hoover and other cleaning material
can be found on floor -1 in the Hotel Alpenroyal and floor 0 in the Hotel Alpenroyal Lodge.
We kindly ask you to put the hoover back after use so that other guests can also make use of this service.
Breakfast (possible in Hotel Belmont and Hotel Alpenroyal) prereservation needed.
Dinner (possible in Hotel Alpenroyal) can only be booked for the whole stay. Prereservation needed.

As we only offer limited places, we can no longer guarantee free places if you decide at short notice.
Furthermore, we ask you to settle the bill 1 - 2 days before your departure date. Payment is only possible with cash, bank transfer or EC card (V-Pay). Credit card payment is not possible.
In case of bank transfer, you are welcome to send us an e-mail so that we can send you the proforma invoice with the remaining amount.
We kindly ask you to leave the room/apartment with us until 9:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure for cleaning.
In the event of an early departure, we will have to charge you the amount for the remaining nights. Please inform us immediately of this change.
